    Job Descriptions:

    Functional Quality Assurance is identification of function that the software is expected to perform, creation of input data based on the function’s specification, determination of output based on the function’s specification, comparison of actual and expected output, check whether the application works as per the customer need.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyzing, reviewing and assessing requirements and design specifications
    • Involved in identifying test conditions and creating test designs, test cases, test procedure specifications and test data
    • Execution of functional acceptance tests
    • Prepare and execute functional integration test cases
    • Recording and identifying severity of defects
    • Ensuring accuracy of user raised defects
    • Reporting of issues and risks to Manager

    Requirements:

    • Having min 2 years experiences as Functional Tester
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
    • Prefer female with age max 28 years old
    • Having good analytical skill
    • Good communication in English both oral and written
    • Able to work under required time and pressure
    • Fast Learner, good self-motivation, “Can Do” attitude
    • Having good interpersonal, communication skill and teamwork player
    • Having knowledge in Mobile or Web Application is an advantage

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Fasilitas kerja maupun tunjangan yang disediakan oleh perusahaan sudah cukup baik dan menunjang kebutuhan-kebutuhan harian pekerja. Perusahaan pun memberikan penilaian yang adil terhadap karyawan.
    • Lingkungan kerja sudah cukup nyaman dan suasana kerja yang menyenangkan pun membuat pekerja menjadi lebih betah berada di lokasi kerja.
    Cons
    • Upah lembur tidak ada, sementara proyek banyak dan deadline yang sempit membuat pekerja harus sering-sering mengambil lembur. Sebaiknya timeline kerja dibenahi lagi.
    • Pertimbangkan segala hal yang menyangkut pekerjaan. Contohnya seperti proyekkan yang diberikan, sebaiknya bisa disesuaikan dengan jumlah resources agar tidak kewalahan.
