    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

     
    Duties :
     
    • Order processing (prepare PR, Purchase Orders, Quotations, Invoices, Tax Invoices, Delivery Orders, etc.)
    • Monitor orders and delivery schedule
    • Inventory control and planning
    • Coordinate with freight forwarders on delivery requirements and custom clearances matters.
    • Work closely with customers and liaise with suppliers on order requirements
    • Prepare monthly sales report
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Age 22 – 35 years old, minimum diploma
    • Able to communicate in English (Spoken & Written) is a must
    • Relevant experience in order processing & shipping monitoring
    • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience
    • Knowledge of import and export procedure and documentation would be an added advantage
    • Familiar with Taxation (VAT and withholding tax)
    • Knowledge & skill in using UBS is advantageous
    • Excellent customer service & communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently
    • Organized and detailed in work
