- Responsible for Regional Sales Achievement, Sales Growth, Gross Margin, Stock Level, Market Score & Developing Key Whole Sale (KWS)
- Lead by Example, Motivate, Train & Coach Sales Team to Achieve Sales Target
- Responsible for Developing and Maintaining Effective Relationship with the Customers, Agents, Peer and other Related Business & Social Communities
- Monitoring and Achieving Regional Sales Budget and Target. Will be Responsible in Developing Business in Its Regional, Doing Business Intelligence and Anlyzing of Market Competition as Well to Maintain Relationship with Key Distributor
- Candidate must Possess at Least a Bachelor’s Degree, Any Field
- Experience in Sales FMCG, at Least 5 years as RSM or Similiar Position
- Communication, Listening and Organize and Solven Issues and Problems in a Timely and Effective Manner.
- Good Leadership and Teamwork
- Willing to be Located at South Sumatera (Palembang) based, With No Relocation Cost.
