DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Translate documents such as announcement, minutes of meetings, commercial and legal agreements/ documents, etc
  • Daily verbal communication translations
  • Preparation of minutes, resolutions, and notices of director, general meetings in bilingual
  • Recording minutes of meetings in bilingual
  • Proofread and review translated materials to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate and liaise with Chinese speaking clients, and
  • Any other relevant duties in connection with the above

Requirements :
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and working proficiency in English (reading, written and oral communication)
  • Relevant working experience in translation work and/ or corporate secretarial work , preferably in legal firms
  • Relevant qualification (min diploma) in English / Mandarin Chinese, communication, legal studies or related areas
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision , resourceful and initiative, well organized and meticulous
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to commence work within short notice would be an added advantage
