RECEPTIONIST & ADMIN
 
Responsibility :
  • Doing receptionist duties
  • Perform daily administrative duties, general office administation, ordering  of office stationeries and maintenance
  • Data entry of record, general filing, journal entries
Requirement :
 
  • Age : 23 - 30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree of any major
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proactive, energic, and good attitude to work
  • Must be able to work in fast pace environment and multi task
  • Proficient in Ms. Office
  • Strong communication skill, excellent telephone manner
  • Mature, responsible & deliberate in manner
  • Able to handle pressure, long working hours, able to work in flexible working schedule
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sidoarjo and south of surabaya.
