    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
    • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives
    • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

    Requirements :
     
    • Maximum 35 years old
    • Minimum S1 from any majors (especially from Engineering)
    • Minimum 5 years experience in the same position (Preferable distributor FMCG)
    • Willing to business travel (23 Depo) minimum 1x in a month

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Kebersamaan dan kesolidaritasan di dalam perusahaan sangat baik sehingga membuat suasana dan lingkungan kerja pun menjadi terasa nyaman dan menyenangkan.
    • Hari kerja dari hari senin sampai jumat saja, jadi sabtu minggu bisa dihabiskan bersama keluarga maupun teman-teman. Suasana dan lingkungan kerja yang baik membuat bekerja menjadi nyaman.
    Cons
    • Sebaiknya sistem kerja kontrak dihapuskan, agar karir pekerja di sini pun menjadi jelas. Gaji dan tunjangan yang diberikan pun masih belum memadai.
    • Penetapan harga barang agar lebih diperhatikan lagi. Perusahaan juga agar lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan para pekerjanya agar pekerjanya pun bisa memberikan hasil terbaik bagi perusahaan.
