Job Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and develop training matrixs of the company, incule but not limited to training modules, Training Need Analysis, etc.
    • Plans and ensure the implementation of the training is progressing well and coordination with all relevant parties.
    • Establish training need analysis based on company objectives.
    • Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques.
    • Provide performance analysis of training programs.
    • Monitoring in training administration process.
    • Plans & deliver Organization Development Program or Management Trainee and yearly training program for all employees
    Job Specifications:
    • Candidate must be possess Bachelor Degree,  (with GPA minimum 2,75)
    • Minimal 5 year of experience in training or learning development.
    • Having Training Need Analysis (TNA) ability.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confident, articulate, and good speaking abilities; empathic listener and persuasive.
    • Able to work independently and high innovative person.
    • Computer Literate
    • Home based: Jakarta.
