    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    SECRETARY
     
    Responsibilities;
     
    • Provides secretarial support to Director
    • General office administration
    • Arranges internal and external meetings, conferences including all logistics
    • Producing reports, Meeting Minutes, notes.
    • Documentation management
    • Good interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure.
     
    Requirements;
     
    • Education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) Degree in any major.
    • 1 to 2 years working experience as secretary or marketing assistant
    • Can speak basic English
    • Should be able to do multi task and meet tight deadlines
    • Self-motivated, a team player, strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time
    • Age less than 35 years old
    • Comfortable with computer software such as MS word, excel, power point.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Sukamantri Biz Center Blok C2.
    • No work experience required.
