DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

 
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website / social media tools
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Experimenting new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at Brand
  • Create marketing strategies based on market insight, market research, and consumer relevance to be stand out in the industry
  • Collaborate with agencies and suppliers (from product development until brand activation)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or related field from well reputable university
  • Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in consumer, brand management
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing / previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Thorough understanding of standard marketing techniques, digital strategy, product management, communications, competitive analysis and project management
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Good command in English
