- Taking minute of meeting if needed
- Arranging business trip for the employee
- Organizing and maintaining file and records
- Preparing expense report
- Develop and assist with preparation
- Arranging private and business trip include accommodations, transport, and visa
- Develop and assist with preparation of presentation materials
- Preparing expense letter and report
- Maintaining Director Meeting and Schedule
- Maintaining Director and Family working and stay permit
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Any other duties deemed fit by Supervisor
- Highly proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Highly motivated, able to work alone, and detail oriented.
- Good communication skill, both written and verbal in Bahasa and English.
- Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented.
