To support Retail Admin Manager in providing administration process related to Financial and Operational matters and act as a liaison between store and Finance & Accounting.
Tasks and Accountabilities :
- Receiving and verifying invoices related to store day-to-day and long term operational activity.
- Liaise invoices payment with Finance & Accounting Manager.
- Supporting Retail Admin Manager in controlling store inventory by scheduling stock take.
- Maintain asset number for inventory control in the store.
- Preparing and issuing PR and PO as requested by stores and sites.
- Ensure all items requested to be delivered to the stores and sites in a timely manner.
- Reconsile data Retail.
- Analisys data movement.
- Minimum D3 background: Secretary / Administration
- Maximum age at 35 years old.
- Ability to operate computer, Ms. Office and internet.
- Experience at least 1 year in the same fields : retail/food industry
- Good command in English.
- Good analytical, muticulous, planning and organizing, and communication skills.
- Ability to do multi-tasking.
- Willing to travel and deployed in CAS work unit iin Jabodetabek
