To perform day to day assigned function to ensure that overall operations run smoothly and conform with safety and security requirements. Interact with the customers, Cathay Pacific’s team members and Handling Agents and ensure that both internal and external customers are provided with the consistent Cathay Pacific’s service style of Service Straight From The Heart.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Academy graduate
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer oriented nature
  • Good teamwork
  • Able to speak and write Mandarin will be advantageous
  • Have Airline Operational Skills and Knowledge will be advantageous
  • Computer literate
