Job Description :
Create partnership models, acquire business partners and realise partnership opportunities to achieve given goals. Execute, perform and control tasks and timeline to implement plans efficiently and affectively.
Responsibilities :
- Understand needs of both parties and design appropriate collaboration schemes.
- Discover and convince potential business partners and stakeholders for beneficial business arrangements.
- Make and deliver necessary documents and presentations.
- Plan and conduct market research, campaigns and strategies.
- Generate and manage attractive online contents.
*Flexibility in the work scope might be required, as this is a startup company.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Under 29 years old with pleasant appearance and great at giving good impressions
- Experienced in planning and providing presentations including making related slides and documents
- Excellent at negotiations, communication, and time and task management
- Understands basic legal terms, business models, and online marketing
- At least 2 year work experience with outstanding performance
- Fluent in English at the business level
- Goal-oriented, independent and strong at problem solving
- Fast, accurate and efficient
- Committed and owns strong discipline
- Positive, open minded and enjoy helping people
- Good at controlling emotions and understanding other people’s emotions
Allowance :
- Excluding approvable expenses and legal allowance (e.g. Transport outside commuting, Tunjangan Hari Raya, BPJS, income tax as defined by the labor laws and regulations)
- Including all other personal spending (e.g. Meal allowance, mobile/data usage, transport cost for commuting and medical costs)
- Salary Rp 6.000.000,- - Rp 7.500.000,-
