Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Familiar with small programming and data processing.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Summary:
  • Monitor & ensure all policy notification done as scheduled properly.
  • Ensure all notification content and data is accurate.
  • Monitor all routinely are stable and take corrective action in order to avoid potential incoming complaint from policyholders.
