    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    We are currently looking the best candidates for our client MULTINATIONAL (EUROPE) COMPANY, based in Cikarang, with details are follow :
     
    1. Has min. 8 years experiences as Manager and in Sales department

    2. English is a must
     
    3. Should be from the industry as below:
    • Pharmaceutical
    • Healthcare products
    • Medical device and equipment
    • Packaging (preferable Pharma packaging)
    • Hospital equipment
    • Food & Beverage
     
    4. Responsibilities:
    • Promotes and sells the complete PP product portfolio in the respective area to all prospects and customers
    • Creates customer specific solutions with regards to products, services, conditions and problem solving
    • Develops and promotes sales, aligned with key accounts, product management and marketing strategies and goals
    • Actively analyzes and provides continuous updates to sales, KAM, product management, marketing, customer service and production departments of product know-how, market trends, competitor information and new product opportunities
    • Visits prospects and customers and provides regular updates and reports on customer/prospect visits and activities in respective area of responsibility
    • Manage, maintain and update the customers’ file and system (CRM, Sales Database) according to established process and procedure
    • Work closely with Customer Service to support him / her for Quotation, Account Receivables and Complaint handling
    • Negotiation of prices and payment conditions in coordination with the supplying unit or the KAM
    • Establishes the yearly budget and quarterly forecast for the respective area (per customer, product line and plant)
    • Monitors budget achievement on a monthly basis and reacts accordingly if deviations occur
    • Assists with customer support for technical issues, concerns, questions and acts as interface between customer, agent and production site
    • Generates customer contacts at various levels and functions (multichannel selling)
    • Is proactive as a team member and player to implement and reach both departmental, plant and corporate objectives
    • Supports and drives the agents to meet the overall PP targets
    • Provides monthly summary reports about activities in respective area of responsibility
