- Serve all clients in friendly and helpful manner.
- Organize and control the service to the client.
- Arranging all sport activities schedule, including a confirmation call for the reserved.
- Receive and processing class/ lessons payment and / or other payments.
- Ensure the cleanliness of reception and studio areas are maintained at all times.
- Maintain logbook for better communication and results, keep the record of clients need and wants, and submit to improve service facilities.
- Promote all in house classes and activities to clients.
- Produce daily report, weekly report, and monthly report.
- Be responsible for keeping good morale and enforcing discipline and appearance to all employee
- Establishes and maintain effective employee relation
- Maintains and uses company property in the prescribed manner.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by Superior.
- Key in fully client/customer info to system include booking appointment in well detail and proper.
- Phone handling.
- Preparing Daily Sales Report.
- Preparing Daily Petty Cash Report.
- Selling prospect.
- Male & Female max. 30 years old.
- Minimum Diploma majoring Hotel & Tourism Academy/Hospitality/ non formal Education which support his/her job function.
- Weight and height proportional
- At least 1 year experience in similar position or Service Industry.
- Good appearance

- Good command of written and spoken English (must).
- Computer literate(Ms Office and Excel).
- Familiar with smartphone and email.
- Has experience in Handling customer/good knowledge on customer service.
- Good communication skill.
