Key Account ManagerThe Key Account Manager (KAM) is a managerial level without subordinate which responsible for establishing and maintaining long term customer relationships in order to achieve the profitable growth of a portfolio of pre-determined existing and prospect Key Account. This growth will be achieved through the implementation of strategic sales planning with customers, sales support and other relevant Darta Logistics staff. Through a dedicated KAM structure that supports a specialized vertical market and generalist market focus at national and global account levels. KAM is defined for a customer with revenue of >IDR 500 Mio per month, which needs a combination of Darta Logistics services or products. International business experience, exposure & awareness
Summary of Responsibilities:
1. New opportunity acquisition against target2. Existing business/opportunity development target
3. Profit development against target
Specific Key Accountabilities:Identification & acquisition of new opportunity in the market
Selling & relationship management process within the existing customerCustomer action plan & profit development
Customer relationship management
Competencies Required for Success:
Business to business selling & negotiation skills Communication capability up to senior management level, both internally and externally
Ability to prepare and/or interpret standard business reports and employ information effectively both internally and externally Project Management experience on multi-functional projects
Knowledge of value added and supply chain solutions, 3PL & 4PL concept Knowledge of project cargo & heavy lift shipment, would be better
Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills Conceptual and analytical skills
Persistence and seeing job through to conclusion Fluent use of written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
