Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibility:

  1. Organize and check the Director's schedule activities so that the timing of meeting can be adapted to other schedules
  2. Analyze and make daily reports to Directors related to on-going ad up-coming meetings and reviewing the material to be revised as required in accordance with the agenda of the meeting/event
  3. Analyze and help to resolve the draft as a requested and correction of Director, check Directors approval for the letter to be delivered to external, send and monitor letters than has been received to ensure the delivery of mail properly

Job Description

  1. Prepares correspondence by compiling, typing and proof reading memoranda, letters and reports
  2. Schedules and arranges meetings and conferences
  3. Prepare Agendas, acts as facilitator when necessary, design and maintains supplies needed by the department and to perform related duties as assigned
  4. Plan, prepare and maintain the administration to support daily activities of BOD
  5. Travel Management (traveling tickets reservation Overseas/Local, hotel, etc)
  6. Prepare and make Director's expenses settlement
  7. Manage Director's Agenda
  8. Arrange meeting as requested by Director
  9. Taking Minutes of Meeting
  10. Collecting reports, daily, weekly, monthly basis/required by Director
  11. Expatriate document (if any), housing, car license, etc


  1. Age Between 23-30 years old
  2. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Secretarial or equivalent
  3. At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positions
  4. Good attractive personality, good appearance and manner, independent, multitasking, competence in interpersonal skill, document filling and able to work underpressure
  5. Good command of English and Mandarin
  6. Highly self motivated & initiative, independent, positive attitude, good analytical thinking and mature
  7. Proficient in Computer Literate, presentation sklii with powerpoint,Business Letter drafting skill
  8. Applicant must be willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
  9. Willing to work immediately
