DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Assist Administration Coord. to Following up working contract and its requirements
  • Managing Correspondence between Administration Coord. and Finance Dept. Coord.
  • May assist with overflow work from administrative area
  • Able to analize working contract, based on his/her knowledge for Company benefits
  • Responsible for Staffs traveling advance : purchasing ticket, book hotel and etc, aims in supporting operational requirements
  • Manage procurement process and supply base effectively & efficiently
  • Proactively assist any overflow operational activity of the company
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
 
  • Minimum Bachelor from Accredited University preferrably Law Graduate
  • Fresh Graduates or experienced are welcome
  • Age 20 - 30 year old
  • Live in Bandung
  • Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, able to work in team, responsible and highly initiative
  • Having the ability to learn quickly
  • Mastering English actively
  • Goal Oriented
  • Honest and Loyal
  • Passionate for Challenge
  • Good looking
  • Having Organization skill are also preferred
  • Have the ability to work well using microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Able to work under pressure and in fast pace environment
