DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Maintaining Administration Records and Files to fulfill file request from Co-worker
  • Greeting Guests, help guest whenever possible
  • Answering Phones and direct calls to the proper people : supplying information, taking messages and keeping co-workers informed about the time, date and nature of calls.
  • May assists Finance Dept. Coordinator, by inputing data to the system or anything possible
  • Managing Correspondence  by distributing post mails, company email, company's main phone line
  • Actively archive any documentation necessary for Company activity (Support Corp. Secretary)
  • Administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors
  • May assist Corporate Secretary with overflow work of administrative area
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Minimum Senior High School Graduates  or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduates or experienced are welcome
  • Age 20 - 30 year old
  • Live in Bandung
  • Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, able to work in team, responsible and highly initiative
  • Having the ability to learn quickly
  • Mastering English actively
  • Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

  • Good looking
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Have the ability to work well using microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc)
