Job Description:
  •  Making outbound collection calls on delinquent accounts manually and on dialer
  • Provide ideas and financial counseling using late stage options (i.e. Special Payment Options, settlement, etc.) to assist customers in delinquency resolution
  • Negotiate payment plans in the best interest of Citibank and the customer
  • Perform collection activities as per approved strategy
  • Accomplish each assigned project as per agreed target date
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
  • GPA minimum 2.75 / 4.00
  • No work experience required
  • Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Able to work under shift schedule.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Target-oriented and customer-oriented
  • Problem solving skill, integrity and honesty are necessary
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written)
  • Responsible and having knowledge in banking products
  • Full-Time position(s) with contract-based available
