Uraian Pekerjaan
 
Maintenance Management
  • Menyusun jadwal pemeliharaan mesin secara optimal dengan memperhitungkan jadwal produksi, kapasitas team maintenance serta penjadwalan kontrak service, kalibrasi serta testing dengan membuat maintenance master schedule setiap 3 bulan
  • Melakukan evaluasi jadwal pemeliharaan mesin dengan dasar manual book, catatan mesin serta masukan team maintenance dan hasil break down maintenance (misal hasil FMEA, 5 why, dll) bersama dengan supervisor maintenance/teknisi/operator serta merevisi master maintenance data di system CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
  • Membuat perencanaan spare part dengan memperhitungkan minimum order, lead time, minimum- maximum stock serta rencana penggunaan sesuai rencana maintenance serta catatan pemakaian di luar rencana akibat break down.
  • Mencari/menyiapkan, mengecek dan evaluasi penawaran dari supplier/vendor untuk pengadaan/procurement di Engineering Department, supaya sesuai dengan purchasing procedure
  • Membuat dan memonitor Purchase Request sampai PO diterima oleh supplier/vendor untuk spare part, consumable material, service & Project di Engineering Departement agar delivery time sesuai dengan yg direncanakan
  • Menerima dan mengecek material/barang yang datang/kiriman dari supplier/vendor untuk kesesuaian dengan Surat Jalan dan PO untuk stock item membukukan ke dalam CMMS
  • Menyiapkan dokumen yg diperlukan untuk Payment sparepart, service, fixed asset & Project.
  • Mencatat dan  memonitor procurement cost Engineering Department agar sesuai Budged dan merencanakan forecast budget pare part
  • Administrator CMMS (computer maintenance magament system) dengan melakukan maintenance system.
  • Proaktif dalam mencari peluang untuk cost saving
  • Menjalankan 5S di area yg menjadi tanggung jawab, area sparepart warehouse & oil/flammable warehouse
People Development
  • Melakukan pengembangan diri dengan secara aktif mengikuti program pelatihan.yang disediakan perusahaan dan mengusulkan training dan pengembangan team maintenance
Continous Improvement
  • Mencatat, mengusulkan melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi improvement di spare part management
Kualifikasi
  • Bachelor degree in chemical/ mechanical/ electrical with minimum 3 year experience on spare part management
  • Knowledge on plant equipment & utility
  • Have skill on Computer for Office, CMMS, SAP
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Rungkut Industri.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
