Client service manager has to perform the following roles:
- Handle clients requests;
- Providing help and advice to customers using organization’s products and services.
- Follow-up and coordinate with related departments to solve customers' problem.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, e.t.c
- Learning about organization’s products and services and keeping up to date with changes.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English (communicate, read & write).
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time position available.
- Familiar using PC.
- Strong personality and able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
