 ​Responsibility :
 Client service manager has to perform the following roles:
  • Handle clients requests;
  • Providing help and advice to customers using organization’s products and services.
  • Follow-up and coordinate with related departments to solve customers' problem.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, e.t.c
  • Learning about organization’s products and services and keeping up to date with changes.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): English (communicate, read & write).
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time position available.
  • Familiar using PC.
  • Strong personality and able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
