    • Advise customers to perform periodic maintenance
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
    • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
    Job Qualification:
    • Maximum 30 years old
    • S1 in any major
    • Minimum 2  years working experience in similiar position
    • Computer literate, good command in English
    • Possess high integrity, excellent communication skill, passionate, motivated and result oriented
