The incumbent will take responsibility in providing effective administration support for Direct Mailing Distribution unit in New Business & Claim Department ( eg. processing, checking, making verification, making report etc.).The incumbent will lead the direct mailing distribution unit to ensure the process for Direct Mail Distribution is going well, meet with SLA target and fit in with Alternative distribution channel needs.
The successful candidate should at least have minimum requirements as follow:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any related major.
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration roles.
- Achievement oriented, detail oriented, service orientated with good communication skill & self confident.
- Possesses good computer skills & administrative skills.
- Good analytical thinking & eager to learn.
- Preferably have an experience in leading team.
