- Oversee the operations & implementations of SOP of the designated food court on daily basis
- Lead the operation team in maintaining the service quality within the food court premises
- Initiate and coordinate activities with other departments to increase traffic & sales
- Responsible for the implementation of strategy to achieve the target sales
- Responsible to create required report to the GM & Management
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): food and beverage operation, Food And Beverage Management.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
