DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Responsible to achievesales targets and strategic plans for each product to be incorporated into the total plan
  • Planning, monitoring and controlling all sales and logistic activity
  • Looking for new potential Market
  • Carry out all activities related to promotion
  • Handling Customer Complaints
  • Contributes to the development of achievable sales targets based on forecast market trends and consumer analysis
  • Supervise team and provide coaching and training for improvement of performance and development when necessary
REQUIREMENT :
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Minimum Associate degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering or Food technology
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience, food industry or B2B will be advantage
  • Has a driving license (SIM A) and willing to travel
  • Motivated, independent, resourceful and highly result driven
  • Good communication, Negotiation and interpersonal relationship
  • Has good analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Energic, proactive, Creative, and high initiative
  • Willing to work in Lippo Cikarang and Jakarta Barat
