Post Sales Engineer


Job Description :
  • Manages the implementation of projects and customers closed by the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively assesses solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements, and recommends solution changes that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms, over and above required add-on selling expectations.  Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
  • Monitors customer support for technical solutions implemented, and alerts the sa
  • les and account teams to potential customer satisfaction threats or competitor activity
Requirements :
  • Age maximum 30 years old
  • Having basic in IT Networking
  • Minimum S1 Computer Science / Information Technology (IT Security) or equivalent
  • Understand the Linux platform
  • Good communication in English both oral & written
  • Able to work in a team, willing to learn and can work under pressure
