    Responsibilities :
     
    • Maintain Agency – client good relationship in the team
    • Supervise timeline & milestones + ensure all ongoing projects are within timeline
    • Supervise all ongoing projects to guarantee and maintain excellence
    • Safeguard client’s property by taking all reasonable precautions to avoid loss or failure
    • Ensure warm yet professional service quality with partnership and personalized model
    • Retain clients satisfaction for result and relationship
    • Coordinate with finance team to manage budget and spending during project
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Able to work in a team and/or independently
    • Cooperative & have good attitude
    • Strong Presentation and time management
    • Required skill(s): excellent oral and written communication skills, a keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints, full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platform, experience in digital agency advertising, passion for creating a customer value with your own idea, Respect for the colleagues and understanding of the value of teamwork..
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
