  • Doing maintenance routine based on schedule.
  • Maintenance and repair kitchen equipments and machines.
  • Maintaining and repairing cooling machine, wire, and electricity system.
  • Making sure that maintenance process and procedure meet the company standard.
  • Making daily and monthly reports.
  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • Minimum SMK preferably Electro / Machine / Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as technician, especially in Hotel / F&B industry.
  • Willing to work on shift schedule.
  • Willing to work mobile, have a drivingĀ  license (SIM C).
  • Good personality and interpersonal skill.
