Job Description
  • Maintain and follow up tenant's insurance policy
  • Coordinate distribution of circular letters to tenant
  • Prepare welcome letters, event info/ other letters to tenant
  • Do administrative works
  • Maintain logbook, filling document and receipts
  • Draft reply letters to tenants related to TR
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superior / management
 
Person Spesification
  • Age average 22 - 30 years old
  • Having 1 - 2 years experience in related position, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Minimum education D3/S1 all major, related to English correspondence in written, it would be good in business communication major
  • Proficienct in computer skills (Ms Excel, Ms Word)
  • Neat, representable, good looking, and good personality
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Having good communication in English both written/oral

Perusahaan mempunyai senior manajemen yang sangat ramah kepada karyawan sehingga untuk berkomunikasi dengan manajemen menjadi tidak terlalu canggung. Waktu kerja pun bersahabat.

Cons
