DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible for project delivery as per schedule, resources and cost.
  • Deliver the project plan to scope, timescales and budget by tracking all activities against plan and all actual costs against budget.
  • Experienced in datawarehouse development and application development.
  • Project Management and leadership, extensive team handling and interaction with clients at senior levels. Oriented towards Service delivery on a timely basis.
  • Agree deliverables/milestones and report project progress to the Delivery Manager via Weekly Status Reports and any other method in place on the particular project.
  • Chair regular Technical Project Review Meetings, Customer facing Meetings (if required), attend Review Meetings and produce all documentation and minutes as appropriate.
  • Gathering information, analyzing business process, and design specification.
  • Update management on the progress of the implementation project on periodic basis.
 
Requirements :
 
  • Previous experience in Project Management in software Implementation for at least 3- 5 years
  • S1 degree from related background and reputable university
  • Having knowledge in IT Development Life Cycle is an advantage
  • English Literacy both oral & written
  • Extensive IT knowledge and technical background is an advantage
  • Experience in quality control and team leadership, outgoing, excellent communication, organizational and coordination skills
  • TOEFL 459, TOEC 600

Pros

Budaya serta lingkungan kerja yang nyaman. Tidak adanya senioritas dalam lingkup kerja sehingga etos kerja yang sangat cocok untuk anak muda (freshgraduate) yang mengawali karir nya.

Cons

Karyawan sulit untuk mengutarakan pendapat-nya serta kurang diberikan kesempatan agar dapat berkembang. Miscellaneous Expense Allowance yang diberikan sewaktu negosiasi salary belum tentu anda akan dapat menerimanya (karena tergantung dari kebijakan perusahaan penempatan kerja anda nantinya). Perubahan manajemen yang begitu cepat. Kurangnya motivasi yang dapat meningkatkan etos kerja karyawan.

Advice to Management

Manajemen harus lebih terbuka terhadap karyawan. Agar dapat dipertimbangkan transportasi penunjang ketempat kerja untuk karyawan yang bekerja shift (hingga larut malam hari).
