  • Supporting administration of Soft and Hard copy of IT documentation (Project Management, UAT, User Manuals, Minutes of Meeting, Licensing and Legal Agreements).
  • First Layer Helpdesk for supporting end users by mail or phone call.
  • Prepare Forms of User Requirements or Change Request from end users.
  • Give temporary or permanent solutions to end users remotely.
  • Work together with other IT members or other departments for delivering solutions.
  • Vocational High School or Bachelor Degree, Office Administration or Information Technology with minimum GPA : 2.5 Scale 4
  • Preferably has experience in IT Helpdesk and Project Management
  • Experience : 1 year minimum in IT Operational or Helpdesk
