- Supporting administration of Soft and Hard copy of IT documentation (Project Management, UAT, User Manuals, Minutes of Meeting, Licensing and Legal Agreements).
- First Layer Helpdesk for supporting end users by mail or phone call.
- Prepare Forms of User Requirements or Change Request from end users.
- Give temporary or permanent solutions to end users remotely.
- Work together with other IT members or other departments for delivering solutions.
- Vocational High School or Bachelor Degree, Office Administration or Information Technology with minimum GPA : 2.5 Scale 4
- Preferably has experience in IT Helpdesk and Project Management
- Experience : 1 year minimum in IT Operational or Helpdesk
