    • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
    • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
    • Prepares reports, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
    • Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
    • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment for executive level



    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree any field
    • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
    • Highly organized and flexible
    • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
    • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
    • Full-time positions available
    • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, preferences is for candidates from Jakarta origin
