An exciting position existis at PropertyGuru Indonesia (Rumah.com) for a Senior Sales Executive to be located in Jakarta with a keen interest in Property and Online Media. PropertyGuru has been going through a spectacular growth journey that brought the Company to become the Southeast Asia’s larges property portal group. While the Company commands leading consumer market share across its markets (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia), it aspires to improve its ability to monetize on the leadership. To enable that, PropertyGuru Indonesia (Rumah.com) is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to help PRopertyGuru Group strengthen branding and egagement with Indonesia Real Estate Developers.
 
Key Areas of Responsibility
 
  • Sales of Project Marketing software to property developers.
  • Arrange appointments & meetings.
  • Provide demonstrations of the product and answer technical queries
  • Prepare proposals & work towards deal closing.
  • Provide account management and first level support to customers.

Who are we looking for?
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in software pre-sales or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of computers, tablets and smart phones
  • Excellent communication skills, good negotiator, good presentation, good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Having a Consultative Selling Skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of sales and marketing principles strategies.
  • An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skill.
