Our client, a well known national construction company is currently in high need to recruit aqualified, dynamic and highly motivated professional in the capacity as:
Report directly to the Director, the appointed candidate will perform the general secretarial duties. The task may include but not limited to scheduling appointment and meeting, preparing presentation, making travel arrangement and coordinating work with either internal and external party.
- Minimum diploma degree from reputable college.
- 1-2 years as secretary or personal assistant. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong organization skill with ability to coordinate multiple tasks and schedule of Executive.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with high level of English proficiency.
- Indonesian with age max 30years old
