- Plan sales operational activities and execute the plan in efficient manner
- Create and strengthen relationship with dealer/partner and responsible for ensuring smooth operational matter
- Develop mutual benefits among all stakeholders to achieve common purposes
- Perform competitor benchmarking by having view through the eyes of the competitors as to understand competitors’ movement and market trend
- Develop “winning” mentality and persistency in achieving company’s goal
- Resolve conflict through win-win engagement
- Act as a role model for others and be able to mentor and coach subordinate whenever required
- Review and propose financial solutions for a better partner profitability
- To be persistent in selling and able to persuade potential customer
- To convey the right message to the right audience for clarity
- Control and monitor sales execution outcome for future improvement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): good understanding of sales distribution, good understanding of market and competitor analysis, having experience in dealing with gadget store, excellent communication and sales presentation skills, having experience working in handheld principal company is preferably, Willing to be located in Jabodetabek.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
