Our respected client is seeking an accountant with at least 5 years’ experience in sales finance, preferably in the FMCG industry, for the job of Supply Chain Finance Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will report directly to the Finance Director. Key job responsibilities include:
The Supply Chain Finance Manager provides financial support as a business partner to the supply chain for Indonesia, through the provision of timely accurate and insightful analysis. The role is responsible for the financial control and integrity of supply chain finance, including SOX compliance, to ensure the site delivers on its Total Delivered Costs commitments to the business. This includes routine financial processes as well as monthly forecasts, AOP and capital programs. The incumbent is also a senior member of the Indonesia finance team and is expected to contribute to the border finance team in improving processes, controls and team development.
- Qualified accountant
- At least 5 years’ experience in a multinational FMCG environment
- Experience in developing and leading a department team is necessary
- Personal drive and commitment to improve processes
- Ability to develop individuals and teams is imperative
