Responsibilities :
  • Supervises human resources programs and policies including recruitment & staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, etc.
  • Planning and controlling for general support facilities and cost efficiency
  • Evaluate and assisting in assessment of employee performance
  • Ensures that all employee records and job description are updated
  • Develop methods and system to administer human resource policies and procedures
  • Formulates and implements company policies, rules, and regulations
  • Perform other duties as directed by top management
Requirements :
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology, Human Resource, Management, or equivalent
  • Have 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Strong knowledge about HR and GA function
  • Excellent in HR and GA application
  • Proficiency in English
  • Work location : Jakarta and Cibitung
