    The applicants should possess:

    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel
    • Knowledge of a range of digital marketing tools and technologies including paid search (PPC), affiliate marketing, email marketing and organic search (SEO)
    • Practical experience of Google Adwords and/or Doubleclick to manage paid search activity highly desirable
    • Experience of Google Analytics desirable
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Creative and analytical mind
    • Highly literate and numerate, with the ability to interpret and explain data and use it to drive campaign performance
    • Well organised with an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise competing demands on your time to meet deadlines

    Main Job Responsibility:

    • Assist in the management of key online marketing channels including paid search activity
    • Test and optimize campaign performance. Conducting keyword research, testing advert copy and landing pages
    • Build new campaigns from the ground up, using a range of channels to drive measurable business results
    • Collect KPIs from a range of sources and business systems to report the performance of digital marketing channels
    • Provide support to the Digital marketing manager in other areas of digital marketing
    • Implementing keywords & Ads using Power Editor, Keyword Editor

    Pros
    • Atasannya masih muda, gaul dan gemar berbaur dengan karyawan sehingga tidak kaku dan bekerja pun jadi menyenangkan. Tidak ada unsur senioritas di lingkungan pekerjaan.
    • Selain gaji pokok, perusahaan ini juga memberikan tunjangan yang cukup menarik. Lingkungan kerjanya juga baik dan rekan kerja yang ramah-ramah.
    Cons
    • Orang-orang yang duduk di manajemen level atas sebagian besar tidak berkompeten dan tidak bisa menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik. Hanya bisa memberikan order saja kepada bawahannya.
    • Banyak orang orang tidak kompeten yang duduk di jabatan direkturnya. Mereka justru cenderung belajar dan mendapat masukan dari bawahan bukan sebaliknya.
