Technical Support Engineer

You will be responsible to:

  • Monitoring for Cloud Infrastructure for 7x24 hours
  • Server and Network monitoring.
  • Virtualization environment monitoring.
  • Update document for cloud infrastructure
  • Maintenance infrastructure and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work shifts for 24 hours
  • Expertise with Server environment, especially Linux and Windows
  • Has knowledge on virtualization environment
  • Has knowledge on server and networking technologies
  • Has troubleshooting and solving skill.
  • At least 3 year’s experience working in IT Company
  • Development monitoring system
  • Has a good capability on documentation
