Job Summary:
  • Mensupervisi pencapaian target productivity untuk Team TCC
  • Melakukan penilaian dan kontrol atas kualitas pelayanan Team Follow Up
  • Melakukan Validasi Payroll dan Manpower (HR Duty)
  • Memenuhi kualitas pelayanan sesuai jenis layanan dan standar yang sudah ditentukan.
 

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Usia 25 – 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 segala jurusan.
  • Menyukai tantangan dan pencapaian target
  • Minimal 2 Tahun pengalaman di Contact Centre
  • Minimal 1 Tahun pengalaman di Quality Control / Assurance untuk Call Centre/Telemarketing.
  • Diutamakan yg memiliki pengalaman bidang asuransi, administrasi, e-commerce
  • Berpenampilan menarik, rapi, percaya diri serta mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Berorentasi pada kepuasan Nasabah
  • Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan, memiliki ketelitian serta disiplin tinggi

    Produk yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan kepada para nasabahnya menurut saya sudah cukup menarik. Selain itu, perusahaan juga selalu mendahulukan nasabahnya.
    Cons
    Gaji yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawannya menurut saya masih kurang kompetitif jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan lain yang bergerak dibidang sejenis.
