- Manage and develop all of Training Activity, both Management Training and Technical Training.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and implement Training for Employees.
- Ensure employees can develop their ability in accordance with Company Requirements.
- Prepare Module / Training Materials.
- Make Employee Training History Report.
- Maximum age is 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Matrix.
- Have strong analytical and organizational skill.
- Required skill(s): Training, MS Excel.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
