    Job Description :
    • Manage and develop all of Training Activity, both Management Training and Technical Training.
    • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and implement Training for Employees.
    • Ensure employees can develop their ability in accordance with Company Requirements.
    • Prepare Module / Training Materials.
    • Make Employee Training History Report.​
     
    Requirements :
    • Maximum age is 30 years old.
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
    • Good knowledge in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Matrix.
    • Have strong analytical and organizational skill.
    • Required skill(s): Training, MS Excel.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
