DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
  • Menerima dan melayani customer yang datang
  • Mencatat semua mesin yang masuk
  • Memberikan laporan kepada Supervisor Cabang
  • Mengurus semua hal administratif yang diperlukan

Kualifikasi:
  • Usia 20 - 25 tahun
  • Pendidikan min. D3 semua jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
  • Mampu menghadapi customer dan administrasi
  • Fasih menggunakan bahasa Inggris
  • Mahir mengoperasikan program Ms. Office terutama Ms. Excel
  • Berdomisili Bandung

Sistem yang dijalankan perusahaan sudah cukup baik dan dalam bekerja, SOP yang ada juga sudah jelas. Gaji dan tunjangan yang diberikan perusahaan juga memuaskan.

Cons

Perusahaan terutama senior-senior level atas masih agak tertutup dalam menerima inovasi dan gagasan dari bawahan. Cara komunikasi dengan bawahan harus diperbaiki lagi.
