  • Minimum 1 year experience in related field as receptionist

  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written

  • Computer literate

  • Customer Service oriented with good verbal and written communication skills

  • Initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Provide front line service and attend to guest enquiries

  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages

  • Perform clerical, data entry and filing duties

  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
