    As a member of the sales team, you will create enthusiastic construction professionals every day. Your responsibilities include selling our leading products and services and advising our customers on productive solutions.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Establish new customers and further develop them as Company's key accounts to meet Company’s sales targets
    • Help serve Company's existing key customers and further develop them
    • Build relationship and establish network with multi-levels to drive our key accounts and key projects penetration, including conduct product demonstration
    • Work closely and be able to steer teams to provide value-added solutions to the customers to fully satisfy their needs

    Your profile:

    • Has degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, max 30 years old
    • 2 - 3 years direct selling experience with proven success record
    • Strong communication & presentation skills
    • Strong planning and organizational skills, bright, likes to win and to work in outdoor, dynamic and highly motivated
    • Holder of a driving license is a MUST
    • Willing to travel frequently and to be trained in Jakarta for at least 6 month
    • High proficiency in written and spoken English is a plus
    • Someone with high ambition and potential to excel and develop a long-term career in a multinational company
    • Fresh graduates with strong academic record and extra-curricular achievements will also be considered

    Pros
    • Mendapatkan asuransi yang baik dari perusahaan dan cukup menjamin terpenuhinya kebutuhan hidup karyawan. Selain itu, waktu kerja tidak terlalu padat.
    • Mendapatkan komisi yang cukup banyak dan memuaskan. Waktu kerja juga tidak terlalu padat sehingga tidak mengganggu waktu luang para karyawan.
    Cons
    • Peluang karir harus lebih diperhatikan lagi, karena belum terlalu menjamin masa depan karyawan di perusahaan. Untuk yang lainnya sudah baik.
    • Mendapatkan gaji pokok yang masih dibawah minimum UMR sehingga masih belum sesuai dengan harapan karyawan. Hal ini tentu saja harus ditingkatkan.
