    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain documentation related to a compliant ISO 9001:2015 quality system, as Company transitions from 9001:2008 to 9001:2015 standards
    • Support quality system through data collection and analysis in process improvement
    • Perform any and all tasks deemed appropriate by the Special Project Head of ISO Compliance & Supplier Quality; Serve as back up to Quality Management Representative
    • Evaluate, monitor, audit and improve quality system(s)
    • Maintain process mapping in support of department functions/roles
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Education / Experience

    • ISO 9001 quality system experience required
    • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 is preferably
    • Bachelor Degree in any field
    •  Working knowledge of ISO 9001
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; simple and clear communication, including occasional presentations and training
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Superb attention to detail and accuracy of work
    • Able to work with minimal supervision
    • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and Visio/mapping software

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Beban pekerjaan yang didapat tidak terlalu padat dan waktu bekerja juga cukup fleksibel, sehingga pekerjaan pun dapat diselesaikan dengan lebih santai.
    • Ada program gathering di luar negeri yang dilakukan minimal sekali dalam setahun sehingga kesempatan untuk jalan-jalan ke luar negeri pun jadi lebih banyak.
    Cons
    • Jaminan kesehatan pegawai masih belum dapat terjamin sepenuhnya. Semoga kedepannya hal ini dapat ditingkatkan lagi agar kami pun bisa lebih puas dengan perusahaan.
    • Terlalu banyak pegawai yang keluar seenaknya. Upah lemburan yang telah dijanjikan di awal masuk kerja, tidak pernah direalisasikan oleh atasan sehingga pegawai pun tidak betah dengan perusahaan.
