    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    JOB DESCRIPTION of Duty Manager:
    • Overseeing delivery of consistent quality customer experiences in all food and beverage outlets in the hotel including banqueting / function business
    • Control of all costs and stock to ensure hotel profitability
    • Responsible for high standards of health & safety, hygiene, customer service
    • Contributing to initiatives to develop business, improve staff skills and guest satisfaction
    • To coordinate guests and staff during an emergency and have good knowledge of fire procedures
    • To complete daily inspection of all hotel facilities ensuring a checklist is completed
     
    Requirements:
    • Maximum 37 years old
    • Minimum D3 Majoring in Hotel and Hospitality
    • Minimum 3 years experiences in hotel
    • Good command of English both spoken and written
    • Highly motivated and has pleasant personality
    • Leadership, cooperative, strong communication
    • loyal, honest, discipline, and good teamwork
    • Overseeing and directing all aspects of operation management
    • Willing to work in Seminyak, BALI
     
    SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
    • Hours of work will be flexible in response to the hotel operations.

    • Perusahaan yang membuat karyawannya betah dalam bekerja. Waktu untuk berkumpul dengan keluarga pun cukup terbuka sehingga cocok untuk yang sudah berkeluarga.
    Cons
    • Peluang karir yang diberikan untuk karyawan masih belum baik, sehingga kurang menjamin masa depan karyawan dan harus lebih diperhatikan lagi.
