- Achieve sales target including volume, value and any other quantitative target set by management through leading, coaching and directing the assigned distributor KAM & SPV.
- Monitor retailer’s & distributor’s stocks level regularly.
- Continuously review competitive activities at the marketplace, the daily MD (sales & promotion team) routes and updating them upon prospecting any new local modern chain.
- Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of products including NPDs as per the management’s instructions.
- Together with distributor SPV (on period basis) and also by themselves to visit the market in order to:
- Ensure the availability & visibility of the core range as per channel as per guidelines.
- To monitor the placement of POP at outlets as per the management instructions.
- To coach as well as give product training to the distributor SPV and salesman.
- Max 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience as Supervisor & strong understanding of General Trade (GT) & Modern Trade (MT) and Having experience in Cosmetic Industries
- Fluent in English and computer skill (preferable)
- Highly developed ability of analytical, planning, organizing, problem solving, influencing and networking techniques
- Highly developed ability of communication and presentation skill
- Willing be placement in Bandung
