Tanggung Jawab :
  • Melakukan pekerjaan administrasi terkait dengan tenaga kerja
  • Melaksanakan proses absensi s/d penggajian kayawan site
  • Melakukan pelaporan ke BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kesehatan
  • Melakukan proses recruitment tenaga kerja
 
Kualifikasi :
  • Usia maksimal 27 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Ekonomi, Psikologi, Hukum IPK minimal 2,75
  • Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di level yang sama
  • Mempunyai pengalaman untuk proses BPJS dan Penggajian
  • Bersedia mengikuti proses recruitment di Jakarta
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di daerah terpencil di Kalimantan Timur

PT Ricobana Abadi was established on February 19, 1981, operating its core business in heavy equipment contract services and spareparts supplies.

A rapid growth of domestic heavy equipment needs forced PT Ricobana Abadi to developed heavy equipment rental division and contractor in year 1985.

In the following year, PT Ricobana Abadi started to expand its core business to Mining Contractor.
Until recent, PT Ricobana Abadi as Mining Contractor has owned and operated a large number of small to big machines which is spreadout at various projects in Indonesia.

    Perusahaan yang telah mengutamakan kenyamanan dalam bekerja para pegawainya sehingga pegawai sangat nyaman dan bisa menikmati proses pekerjaan yang dilakukan.

    Untuk kontra sampai saat ini belum ada karena saya sangat nyaman dalam bekerja dan tidak ada masalah yang menyebabkan kenyamanan dalam bekerja terganggu.
